challenge

When the government threatened to terminate nonprofit tax status, the National Council of Nonprofits reached out for a rousing campaign to engage Americans in key states.

Strategy 

We wanted to hit the audience over the head with logic and empathy. With our Nonprofits Get **it Done campaign, we featured those working on the frontlines of nonprofits as friends and neighbors.

Through a robust social media campaign targeting key regions in the U.S. we were able to reach hundreds of thousands of people in one summer. We created over 20 unique organization-specific 15-second videos and one overarching spot showcasing the power of nonprofits when we all come together. We created a fresh, exciting website to encourage support of nonprofits while providing a simple form to contact lawmakers.
